This Privacy Policy describes how Greatleap Services Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us"), the company behind GLOS, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our HR and workspace management platform, including the GLOS web application, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account or using the GLOS Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you are accessing GLOS as an employee through your employer's workspace, your employer (as our customer) controls the data collected about you within that workspace.
GLOS is a B2B platform. Your organisation's administrator has access to workspace data including attendance, tasks, and performance records as part of the service we provide to them.

- Your Employer / Workspace Administrator: Admins and managers in your organisation can access work-related data (tasks, hours, performance) through the platform as part of normal HR operations.

- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
